1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing any coaching, mentorship, or educational services offered by E.M. Social Scaling ("Company", "we", "us"), you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not proceed with any purchase or use of our services.

2. Services Provided

E.M. Social Scaling offers coaching and mentorship programs designed to help OnlyFans Management (OFM) agency owners grow and scale their businesses. Services may include, but are not limited to, video training materials, written SOPs, live or recorded coaching calls, community access, and one-on-one guidance.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any component of the program at any time, with or without notice, and to substitute content of equal or greater value where applicable.

3. No Guarantee of Results

All testimonials, case studies, and income examples shared by E.M. Social Scaling are illustrative of individual client results and are not guarantees of future earnings or outcomes. Business results depend entirely on the effort, commitment, and individual circumstances of each client.

E.M. Social Scaling makes no warranty, express or implied, that you will achieve any specific financial result, follower count, revenue level, or business outcome from participating in any of our programs.

4. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in EUR (Euro) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in full prior to accessing any program or service, unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect existing purchases.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and immediately-accessible nature of our programs, all sales are FINAL. No refunds will be issued once access to any materials, call, or community resource has been granted. By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and accept this policy.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated without prior communication, E.M. Social Scaling reserves the right to revoke access to all services and to pursue recovery of costs incurred.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through E.M. Social Scaling programs — including but not limited to video recordings, PDFs, SOPs, scripts, training materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of E.M. Social Scaling.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, personal licence to use the materials for your own business purposes. You may NOT: reproduce, resell, share, redistribute, publish, or otherwise make available any materials to third parties without explicit written consent from E.M. Social Scaling.

Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

7. Confidentiality

Certain information shared within the coaching program (including community channels, call content, and strategy materials) is considered confidential. You agree not to share, post, or disclose such information publicly or to competitors without prior written approval.

8. Code of Conduct

By joining any program or community affiliated with E.M. Social Scaling, you agree to: conduct yourself professionally and respectfully toward other members and staff; not engage in harassment, spam, or fraudulent activity; and follow all community guidelines communicated at the time of onboarding.

We reserve the right to remove any client from our programs and communities without refund if conduct is deemed disruptive, harmful, or contrary to the values of E.M. Social Scaling.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable EU law, E.M. Social Scaling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific service in dispute.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the laws of the country in which the Company is registered. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

11. Amendments

E.M. Social Scaling reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this document periodically.
